Welcome to PKZZLE. These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the PKZZLE website, user accounts, listings, advertisements, payment services, communication tools, and other features available through https://pkzzle.com.

By accessing, registering with, publishing content on, purchasing services from, or otherwise using PKZZLE, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About PKZZLE

PKZZLE is an online classified marketplace and digital listing platform. It allows individuals and businesses to publish and browse listings relating to:

• Real estate
• Local employment
• Overseas employment
• International projects
• Vehicles
• Furniture
• Electronics
• Phones and tablets
• Other approved marketplace categories

PKZZLE provides the technology platform through which users can publish listings, promote opportunities, and communicate with other users.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, PKZZLE does not own, manufacture, sell, inspect, recruit for, or guarantee the products, properties, jobs, projects, or services advertised by users.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using PKZZLE, you agree to:

• Follow these Terms & Conditions
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Accept responsibility for your account and listings
• Use the platform only for legitimate purposes

Users who do not agree with these Terms should stop using PKZZLE.

3. Eligibility

To register or publish a listing, users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• Provide complete and accurate information
• Use the platform for lawful purposes

A person registering for a company, employer, recruitment agency, property agency, or other organization confirms that they are authorized to represent that organization.

4. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to publish or manage listings.

Users are responsible for:

• Keeping account information accurate and updated
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their password
• Preventing unauthorized access to their account
• Informing PKZZLE about suspected account misuse
• All activities performed through their account

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, rented, or shared for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

5. Listing Responsibilities

Users remain fully responsible for the listings and information they publish.

Every listing must:

• Contain accurate and current information
• Use a clear and relevant title
• Include a truthful description
• Display genuine images where applicable
• State the correct price, salary, or commercial terms
• Be placed in the appropriate category
• Comply with applicable laws
• Respect the rights of other individuals and businesses

PKZZLE may review, reject, edit, restrict, or remove a listing that violates these Terms or creates a legal, security, or reputational risk.

6. Public Listing Information

Information voluntarily included in a listing may become publicly visible.

This may include:

• Listing title
• Description
• Images and documents
• Price or salary
• Location
• Seller, employer, or company name
• Telephone or WhatsApp details
• Email address

Users should not publish confidential, unnecessary, or highly sensitive information in public listings.

7. Employment Listings

Employers, businesses, recruitment agencies, and Overseas Employment Promoters are responsible for the legality and accuracy of employment listings.

Employment advertisements should include, where applicable:

• Employer or recruitment agency name
• Job title and category
• Country or location of employment
• Salary and benefits
• Qualification requirements
• Experience requirements
• Number of vacancies
• Application instructions
• OEP licence information where legally required

PKZZLE does not guarantee:

• Employment or recruitment selection
• Visa approval
• Work-permit approval
• Salary payment
• Employer or recruiter authenticity
• Accuracy of every vacancy

Job seekers must independently verify employers, recruiters, licences, job orders, visa arrangements, and payment requests before proceeding.

Users should not pay recruitment charges or submit sensitive documents without appropriate verification.

8. Real Estate Listings

Property owners, developers, agents, and agencies must ensure that:

• Property information is accurate
• Prices and rental terms are genuine
• Images represent the advertised property
• They own the property or have authority to advertise it
• Required approvals and documentation are available

PKZZLE does not guarantee ownership, legal title, regulatory approval, construction quality, possession, return on investment, or completion of any property transaction.

Users must independently verify ownership documents, approvals, locations, prices, and contractual terms.

9. Product and Classified Listings

Sellers must ensure that products are:

• Lawfully owned or authorized for sale
• Accurately described
• Safe and fit for their disclosed purpose
• Not counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or illegally imported
• Displayed with genuine images where applicable

Buyers are responsible for inspecting products and verifying sellers before making payment.

10. Premium Listings and Paid Services

PKZZLE may offer paid services, including:

• Premium listings
• Featured advertisements
• Sponsored placements
• Business profiles
• Subscription or membership plans
• Promotional and advertising services

Paid services improve visibility or provide additional features but do not guarantee:

• Sales
• Rental agreements
• Employment placement
• Applications or inquiries
• Investment returns
• Business growth

11. Payments

Users purchasing paid services agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, or financial service providers.

Users agree that:

• Only authorized payment methods may be used
• Services may begin after successful payment confirmation
• Applicable taxes, transaction charges, or gateway fees may apply
• Payment records may be retained for accounting and dispute resolution
• Unauthorized or fraudulent payments may result in account suspension

PKZZLE does not intentionally store complete debit-card or credit-card details on its own servers.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by PKZZLE’s separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Refunds may be considered where:

• A duplicate payment was processed
• Payment was completed but the purchased service was not activated
• A technical failure prevented delivery of the purchased service
• PKZZLE approved a refund after reviewing the circumstances

Services already activated, delivered, published, or used may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

13. Prohibited Listings and Activities

Users must not:

• Publish false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Advertise illegal products or services
• Post unauthorized or fraudulent employment opportunities
• Publish counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods
• Upload copyrighted content without authorization
• Impersonate another person, business, or government authority
• Harass, threaten, deceive, or spam other users
• Post duplicate or deliberately misleading listings
• Use automated bots, scraping software, or data-harvesting tools
• Attempt to bypass website security
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Use PKZZLE for money laundering, fraud, trafficking, or other unlawful activity

14. Communication Between Users

PKZZLE may provide telephone, email, WhatsApp, inquiry forms, or other tools that allow users to communicate.

Users are responsible for their communications, negotiations, agreements, and transactions.

PKZZLE is not responsible for:

• Promises made by another user
• Payments made outside PKZZLE
• Meetings arranged between users
• Contracts entered into independently
• Disputes between buyers, sellers, employers, applicants, agents, or agencies

15. User Content and Licence

Users retain ownership of content they upload.

By publishing content on PKZZLE, users grant PKZZLE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

• Host and store the content
• Display the listing on the platform
• Format or resize images
• Promote the listing through marketing channels
• Display the content on social media or partner platforms

This licence is limited to operating, displaying, improving, and promoting PKZZLE and its services.

16. Intellectual Property

The PKZZLE name, logo, website design, software, graphics, branding, layout, and original content are owned by PKZZLE or used under authorization.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit PKZZLE’s intellectual property without written permission.

17. Moderation and Removal

PKZZLE may moderate content before or after publication.

PKZZLE may remove or restrict any listing or account that:

• Violates these Terms
• Contains false or misleading information
• Receives credible complaints
• Infringes intellectual-property rights
• Creates a security, safety, or legal risk
• Damages the integrity or reputation of the platform

Removal of a listing does not automatically create a right to a refund.

18. Account Suspension and Termination

PKZZLE may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where a user:

• Violates these Terms
• Commits or attempts fraud
• Publishes prohibited content
• Uses unauthorized payment methods
• Repeatedly receives verified complaints
• Attempts unauthorized access to the platform
• Creates a risk to users or PKZZLE

Immediate action may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect users, comply with law, or secure the platform.

19. Verification

PKZZLE may request information or documents to verify:

• User identity
• Business ownership
• Employer authorization
• Recruitment or OEP licence status
• Property-advertising authority
• Payment ownership

Verification does not amount to a guarantee, endorsement, or certification of every statement made by a user.

20. Third-Party Services and Links

PKZZLE may use or link to third-party services, including:

• Payment gateways
• Hosting providers
• Email and communication services
• Analytics platforms
• Social-media platforms
• External websites and advertisers

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. PKZZLE is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or conduct.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

PKZZLE is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, PKZZLE does not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free website operation
• Accuracy of every listing
• Identity or credibility of every user
• Successful completion of any transaction
• Employment, visa, property, or investment outcomes
• Permanent availability of listings or services

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PKZZLE will not be liable for:

• Losses caused by another user
• Fraudulent or inaccurate listings
• Property or employment disputes
• Product defects or delivery issues
• Payments made directly to users
• Loss of income, profit, opportunity, or data
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Temporary website interruption

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Indemnification

Users agree to compensate and protect PKZZLE, its management, employees, and service providers against claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses resulting from:

• Their listings or uploaded content
• Their violation of these Terms
• Their violation of applicable law
• Their infringement of another person’s rights
• Their transactions or agreements with other users

24. Privacy and Cookies

The collection and use of personal information are governed by PKZZLE’s Privacy Policy.

The use of cookies and similar technologies may also be governed by a separate Cookie Policy.

Both policies form part of these Terms & Conditions.

25. Changes to Services

PKZZLE may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any service, feature, category, or pricing structure.

Where reasonably possible, important changes affecting paid services will be communicated to users.

26. Changes to These Terms

PKZZLE may update these Terms & Conditions when its services, business practices, fees, technology, or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of PKZZLE after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Disputes arising from these Terms or the use of PKZZLE will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable service-specific terms, constitute the agreement between users and PKZZLE regarding use of the platform.
